海南省黎族永生细胞库的建立

摘　　要：采用ＥＢ病毒转化外周血Ｂ淋巴细胞同时加环孢菌素Ａ法，建立了海南黎族永生细胞库。该库共含有５４株“润黎”永生细胞株，供血者均身体健康，且三代无与不同民族或不同支系通婚史。其中男性占５６％，女性占４４％，有亲缘关系者仅占１３％The immortalized cell bank of the Li Minority Nationality in Hainan Province has been established by way of cyclosporin A in establishing Epstain Barr virus transformed human lymphoblastoid cell lines(LCL).The bank contains 54 continuous LCL of the Run Li.All the blood donors are healthy and free of intermarriage with other nationalities or different nationality branches for 3 generations.Moreover,the male and female donors make up 56% and 44% of the total respectively and 13% of them have blood relations.
