摘　　要：介绍了电阻焊焊缝质量检测的一般原理与方法。说明了红外非接触测温用于食品罐筒电阻焊质量在线检测的根据和可行性。重点阐明了HWJ—I型红外焊缝检测仪的设计思想、工作原理与组成框图。最后给出了实验室模拟实验和实际应用实验的结果,并作了简单分析。This paper presents the principle and method of quality inspection for cans sid seam welded by resistance welding and lays stress on the foundation and feasibility of applying infrared non-destructive test in on-line inspection. The design of HWJ-I Infrared Monitor for Resistance Welding is expound, Finally the rerults of simulation experiment and practical application are given.
