摘　　要：肺表面活性物质相关蛋白对肺表面活性物质系统的作用第三军医大学西南医院烧伤研究所（重庆４０００３８）谢尔凡杨宗城Ｅｆｅｃｔｓｏｆｓｕｒｆａｃｔａｎｔ－ａｓｏｃｉａｔｅｄｐｒｏｔｅｉｎｓｏｎｐｕｌｍｏｎａｒｙｓｕｒｆａｃｔａｎｔｓｙｓｔｅｍＸＩＥＥｒ－Ｆ...Abstract Pulmonary surfactant system is a complex lipid-protein mixture.Specific surfactant-associated proteins(SPs)are consisted of hydrophilic SP-A,SP-D and hydrophobic SP-B,SP-C.These proteins not only maintain,but also enhance the surface active properties of pulmonary surfactant system,regulate the homeostasis of this system by participating in the secretion,conversion and clearance of surfactant,as well as increase resistance of surfactant system to the inhibitors,such as plasma proteins,oxygen free radicals,lipid peroxides,etc.
