摘　　要：一种3～5μm的红外焦平面凝视热象仪已研制成功。它采用32×64元PtSi肖特基势垒红外CCD焦平面探测器,数字化视频处理器进行固定图形噪声消除和响应率非均匀校正,输出与电视兼容的实时红外热图。本文详细描述了样机的设计原理,分析了系统的主要性能指标。结果表明这种凝视热成象系统具有较好的性能,结构简单,可靠性高和成本低。An infrared FPA staring thermal imaging system in 3～5μm spectral band has been developed, in which a 32×64 element PtSi Schottky barrier IR CCD focal plane array is used. The digitial video processing electronics is designed to eliminate the fixed pattern noise and to correct the nonuniformity of the responsibilities in real time. The output thermal image is compatible with standard TV system. The design principle, structure, performance and the experimental results of the prototype system are presented in this paper.
