摘　　要：以商业秘密的内涵与外延的界定为切入点 ,客观分析国内外商业秘密的法律保护状况 。By difining the connotation and extension of commercial secret,the article objectively analyzes the world's present situation about legal protection of the commercial secret and discusses the inadequacy of the domestic legal protection of the commercial secret,thus submits the legislative proposals.
