定数截断寿命试验中污染数据的统计分析

摘　　要：研究了定数截断寿命试验中污染数据的统计分析问题 .设寿命变量服从指数分布 ,在指数污染或正态污染下 ,分别讨论了总试验时间的分布 ,找到了近似公式 。This paper studies the distribution of the total testing time in the type Ⅱ censoring, in which the testing time is contaminated. The life random variables are exponential distributed. It considers two kinds of different contaminated models. One group of contaminated data obey exponential distribution. The another are normal distribution. It obtains some approximative formula.
