麝香风湿胶囊的急性及长期毒性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨麝香风湿胶囊的毒性，为临床用药提供安全性资料。方法：进行小鼠急性毒性及大鼠长期毒性试验。结果：小鼠灌胃给药的最大耐受量（ＭＴＤ）为１２ ｇ／ｋｇ。大鼠慢性毒性试验给药组分别灌胃给药４．０ ｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ），和２．０ ｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ）的受试品，连续８ 周，未见动物死亡，血液学及血液生化学各项指标试验组和对照组比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５），病理组织学检查，高剂量组未见明显病理改变。To study the acute and chronic toxicity of Shexiang Fengshi Capsules ( Caps Moschus for Rheumatosis), 20 Kunming mice were tested for acute toxicity and 60 SD rats were divided into 3 groups for chronic toxicity tests, In the acute toxicity tests, the tolerance dosage was 12 g/kg, and none of the mice died or suffered from toxication 7 days after intragastric perfusion of the drug In the chronic toxicity tests both Groups 1 and 2 had been given the dosages of 4 0 g/(kg· d) and 2 0 g/(kg· d) by way of intragastric perfusion respectively for 8 weeks, Group 3 served as the control None of the rats died during the tests No significant difference was found in the changes of all parameters including hemology and blood biochemistry between the test groups and the control group(P>0 05) Histological changes in multiple organs were not noticed in the high dosage group The results suggest that Shexiang Fengshi Capsules are considerably safe for patients to take orally
