异氟醚控制性降压用于脑血管手术

摘　　要：异氟醚控制性低血压麻醉用于脑血管择期手术３３ 例，其中颅内动脉瘤１６ 例，脑动静脉畸形１７ 例。在控制性降压期间异氟醚吸入浓度调整至２％ ～４％ ，使血压（收缩压）控制在１０．６４ ｋＰａ 左右。术中降压效果满意，出血较少、术野洁净。结合临床资料，对降压效果、血流动力学变化。Controlled hypotensive anesthesia with isoflurane was employed in 33 elective phase surgeries of which 16 were intracranial aneurysm cases and the other17 were cases of intracranial arteriovenous deformities. The inhaled concentration of isoflurane was adjusted to 2-4 percent during the controlled hypotensive stage and the systolic blood pressure was maintained at about 10.64 kPa.The hypotensive effect was satisfactory with little hemorrhage and clear surgical field.The hypotesive effectiveness,the changes in hemadynamics, the postoperative recovery time,and theadministration of adjuvant were studied in reference to other clinical materials.
