摘　　要：本项实验在12名志愿受试者身上采用交叉设计法,以市售品为参照,用HPLC方法对阿莫西林可溶片进行生物利用度的考察,结果表明两者无显著差异。We report a bioavailability Study involved 12 volunteers by cross - over method. High - performance liquid chromatogaphic (HPLC) procedure was used to measure amoxicillin in human serum. Bioavailability parameters of amoxicillin administered orally indicatethat there is no significant difference betw-een the soluble tablet and the sample.
