关于西部旅游开发的几个问题

摘　　要：西部地区旅游资源十分丰富 ,旅游业可以而且应该成为西部开发的支柱产业 .在分析西部旅游业“丰、大、远、贫”的基础条件和背景的基础上 ,文章提出 ,发展中西部旅游业要继续采用“政府主导型”的旅游发展模式 ,以实现旅游可持续发展和可持续消费为目标 ;借鉴国内外发展旅游业的经验 ,通过开展主题促销 ,以创新精神 ,结合西部的资源条件 ,开发工业和农业观光旅游、文化遗产考察和修学旅游、少数民族地区民俗风情体验旅游、探险旅游、会议旅游等项目 .Due to its enriched resources, the tourism in West China may and should indubitably become the key industry of West China in the process of their development. With an analysis on the abundant, big, far and lean base and the current situation of the tourism in West China, the paper emphasizes on the following essentials: continue to adopt the “government-oriented” strategy to reach the goal of sustainable development and consumption; use the development experiences of tourism from both home and abroad, and develop sales promotion focusing on certain topics with the combination of the resource of West China to open up some new and innovative items, such as: industry and agriculture tour, cultural heritage review and learning tour, minority folk-custom experience tour, explorative tour, conference tour and so on.
