摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济进程的加快，我国目前土地开发失控，价格紊乱的现象时有出现，土地投机造成的地价泡沫也屡见不鲜，严重地影响了土地使用制度改革的顺利进行和房地产业的持续健康发展。With the quickening of the socialist marketing economy, our country is harmed by losing control of land development. There appear at times the phenomenon of prices out of control and land price foam caused by speculation. These problems seriously undermine the land-use system reform and the healthy development of real estate.
