摘　　要：基于K3 Fe(CN) 6在碱性溶液中氧化VB1的荧光动力学反应 ,利用自制的简单装置 ,以NaOH的加入为反应起点 ,监视荧光反应的进行 ,建立了荧光反应速率法测定VB1的方法 .方法线性范围为 0 .0 135～ 5 .40g/L ,线性相关系数为 0 .9996 ,检出下限为 4.80 μg/L ,相对标准偏差为 2 .8% (n =15 ) .方法应用于VB1药物分析 ,标准加入的回收率在 95 .1%～ 10 1.3%之间 .A fluorescence reaction rate method for the determination of vitamin B 1 (VB 1 ) was reported. It is based on the kinetic fluorescence reaction involving the oxidation of VB 1 by potassium ferricyanide in basic solution, and a self-made simple assembly. There was a linear relationship in the range of 0.013 5～5.40 mg/L for VB 1 iwth correlation coefficient of 0.999 6. The detection limit was 4.80 μg/L.The relative standard deviation was 2.8%( n =15). The method has been applied to the determination of VB 1 in commercial preparations with satisfactory results.
