摘 要:观察氟对孕鼠甲状腺形态和功能的影响。取受孕后(P1组)或受孕前12周始(P2组)自由饮用200mg/L含氟水小鼠的甲状腺和血清,观察其形态变化,测定血清甲状腺素(T4)水平。结果:P1组甲状腺呈增生性改变,血T4浓度显著高于对照组(C组,P<0.001);P2组部分腺体呈退行性改变,血T4浓度与C组无差别(P>0.05)。提示:氟对孕鼠甲状腺的影响与作用时间有关。Aim Understanding the effects of fluoride on the morphology and function of thyroid glands of mice in pregnancy.Mice drank 200 mg/L fluoride solution freely during different terms.The morphology change were observed by light microscope and transmission electron microscope.The concentration of serum Thyroxine (T 4) were measured by Radioimmunoassay (RIA)Results:Shortterm flioriode administration results in 'hyperthyroidism' in morphology of thyroid glands,and thyroxine concentration raise significantly.Long term fluoride exposure induces the degerative change of thyroid glands partly.Conclution:The different of effects of fluoride on the thyroid of mice in pregnancy relate to the administration time of fluoride.
