摘 要:通过铁缺乏动物模型,观察了缺铁性贫血的非贫血期实验组和对照组大鼠肝脏及脑组织7种微量元素的变化。结果表明实验组大鼠肝脏、脑组织总铁和锌含量低于对照组,锰和铜含量高于对照组,硒、镉、铅变化不大。说明铁缺乏除可引起铁减少外,还存在其它元素的代谢紊乱。The Fedeficient animal model was made by feeding them a low Fe content diet to deteet the effect of Fe deficiency in 7 trace element in brain and liver of rats.Two weeks later,the erythrocyte protoporphyrin(FEP)level of the experimental rats was higher than control rats,but the hemoglobin conventration was not significiently affected.In this stage( Fe deficiency without anemia)the Fe content in brain and liver of experimental rats was sighificienthy lower than control rats,Mn was higher.Cu in liver of experimental rat was higer than control rats,but the zinc in brain was lower.Se Cr and Pb had not change.It is suggested that iron deficient rats not only had decreased in iron but had varied in other trace clement,and the line of clinical presence of iron deficience hand related with the variety of other trace element.
