摘 要:对氟染大鼠血清微量元素含量的变化及“抗氟灵”干预作用进行了研究。40只大鼠随机分为5组。A组为正常对照组;B组为氟染毒组;C组为“抗氟灵”预防组;D组为“抗氟灵”治疗组;E组为“抗氟灵”治疗对照组。所有动物血清铜、锌、钙、镁元素含量均被检测,结果显示氟染毒组动物及“抗氟灵”治疗对照组动物血清锌离子含量明显下降,并与氟离子浓度呈负相关关系。血清铜、钙、镁含量则各组间无明显不同,提示氟能引起机体血清锌元素平衡的失调。“抗氟灵”对此有明显的干预作用。Level change of serum trace elements in rats exposed to fluoride and intervention of Kangfulin were studied.40rats were randomly divided in 5 groups,namely groupA(normal control),groupB(exposed to fluoride),groupC(prevented with Kangfulin),groupD(treated with Kangfulin)and groupD(treated control).The content of fluoride、zinc、copper、calcium and magnesium were measured.Results showed that levels of serum zinc in groupB and groupE was decreased,and was negative relationship to concentration of fluoride.There were no difference among 5 groups in content of serum copper、calcium and magnesium.It suggested that fluoride could cause disorder of serum zinc balance and antagonism did occur during Kangfulin adminiatration.
