睾丸结核的声像图分析

摘　　要：睾丸结核是较常见的男性生殖系统疾病。本文对经手术病理证实的15例睾丸结核声像图分析表明,72.3%(11/15)的睾丸结核由附睾结核蔓延而来,26.7%(4/15)仅睾丸本身发病。它们有许多特征性的声像图表现,结合临床表现,较易准确地诊断睾丸结核。Tuberculocele is one of the common diseases of male reproductive system. In this paper 15 ptients with tubercu-locele proved by operation and pathology were studied by ultrasonography. Results showed that 11 cases (73.3%) came from epididy-mal tuberculosis and 4 cases (26.7%) was tuberculocele. Tuberculocele which have many special ultrasonographic manifestation, which can be accurately diagnosed.
