摘  要:分析了液滴在烟气流中的运动和蒸发过程 ,并以“双膜理论”为基础建立了描述单颗碱性液滴吸收二氧化硫的能力以及液径按对数 -正态分布的分布密度函数来计算喷雾脱硫效率的数学模型 .通过数值计算 ,对影响脱硫效率的关键因素进行了讨论 .与在燃煤锅炉尾部烟道中所进行的碱液喷雾脱硫试验结果相比较 ,脱硫效率的计算值与实测值之间的相对误差为 5 %左右 .The processes of movement and vaporization of a single NaOH solution droplet in flue gas are analyzed,and the distribution of droplets'diameter is assumed to accord with a lognormal distribution.Subsequently,a mathematical model,based on dual film mass transfer theory and boundary layer theory,is proposed to calculate the SO 2 absorption capability of a single alkali droplet and to predict the desulfurization efficiency by spraying NaOH solution into downstream flue duct in coal fired boilers.Through numerical calculation,key factors that affect desulfurization efficiency are discussed.Compared with the tested results of a pilot experiment,the deviation between model prediction of SO 2 removal rate and pilot experimental data is around 5%.The results of this paper can also be applied to other alkali solution.
