银杏叶片对慢性阻塞性肺病抗脂质过氧化损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨银杏叶片 (舒血宁片 )对慢性阻塞性肺病患者抗脂质过氧化损伤的影响。方法 :随机分为两组 ,治疗组采用银杏叶片 2片 ,po ,tid ,4个月为 1个疗程。于治疗前后测定肺功能及SOD ,LPO ,GSH Px ,并与对照组比较。结果 :治疗组治疗前后SOD ,LPO及GSH Px值变化亦有差异 ,可在一定程度上减轻脂质过氧化损伤。结论Objective: To study the effects of anti-lip op eroxidation of ginkgo. Method: 50 patients were randomized into control and treatment groups. Those in the treatment group were treated by ginkgo, 2 tablets for three times per day for 4 months, the serum SOD, GSH-Px, LPO were measured before and after 4 months of treatment. Results: The levels of serum SOD, GSH-Px were increased significantly (P <0.05) and that of LPO decreased significantly (P<0.05) in the treatment g roup. Conclusion: Ginkgo agent has significant effects of anti-lipoperoxidation injury.
