亚洲玉米螟性信息素的扩大合成及生测效果

摘　　要：本文进行了亚洲玉米螟性信息素的扩大合成研究,使合成的诸条件进一步完善,确定了最佳碱浓度,为小批量制备提供了可靠数据。田间生测实验的结果表明,所合成的药剂每亩仅用2.2mg即具有明显的防治亚洲玉米螟的效果。This paper reports the enlarged Synthesis and application of the sex pheromone of Asian corn Borer. The influence factors on the Synthesis are Studied and the optimal basic concentration is determinated. Meanwhile, the reliable data for batch production are proposed. The biological assay in the field have been made, the results show that 2. 2mg of Synthetic has sufficient effect to Asian corn borer in an area of one mu.
