摘  要:基于残余应力增韧机制 ,建立了当 αP>αm 时陶瓷材料增强相的极限含量模型 ,并结合 Si C/Ti B2 颗粒复合陶瓷材料进行了验证与应用 .以此为基础 ,建立了考虑基体颗粒尺寸与粒径配比时的增强相极限体积含量的模型 .Based on the toughening mechanism of residual thermal stresses, a model is built for the calculation of the critical volume content of the reinforcement phase in ceramic materials when α P> α m. The model has been proved valid through its applications in SiC/TiB 2 ceramic material. Next, two models are established for the determination of the critical volume content of the reinforcement phase when the particle size of the matrix and the ratio of the particle size of the reinforcement phase and the matrix are considered. Models built here will find a practically application in the composition designing and the microstructural designing of ceramic materials.
