摘 要:采用热模拟试验、显微图像分析仪、扫描电镜 (SEM )和透射电镜 (TEM )等对HQ130钢热影响区峰值温度Ac1~Ac3 区间 (ICHAZ)不完全淬火区的组织性能进行了研究。针对ICHAZ峰值温度 (TP) 80 0℃区域冲击韧性下降的问题 ,着重分析了M -A组元及碳化物聚集对脆化的影响。研究结果表明 ,HQ130钢热影响区ICHAZ的显微组织为板条马氏体 (ML)、粒状贝氏体 (Bg)和索氏体 (S) ,晶粒细小但不均匀。ICHAZ脆化的原因是局部M -A组元的产生及片状碳化物的聚集。焊接线能量E对M -A组元的体积含有率 (Vf)有较大影响 ,但对细长M -A组元体积含有率 (SVf)影响不大。通过控制焊接线能量可使ICHAZ避免出现M -A组元和碳化物聚集 ,同时限制M -A组元的有效直径dM -A<1.0 μm 。Microstructure and performance of inter critical region (ICHAZ) in which peak temperature is between A c 1 and A c 3 in the heat affected zone of HQ130 steel are researched by means of thermo simulation test,micro image analysis,SEM and TEM etc.For the problem of toughness decrease in the ICHAZ ( T p=800 ℃),the effects of M A constituent and carbide aggregation on the brittleness were studied emphatically.The research results indicate that the microstructure in the ICHAZ of HQ130 steel is the mixture of lath martensite ( ML ),granular banite ( B g) and sorbite ( S ) whose grains are small but not homogeneous.Cause of brittleness in the ICHAZ is related to produce M A constituent in the local zone and the aggregation of lamellar carbide.The weld heat input has important effect on volume content ( V f ) of M A constituent but only little effect on long and thin M A constituent content ( SV f ).By controlling weld heat input ( E ),the aggregation of carbide and M A constituent can be avoid or decreased,and the effective diameter of M A constituent is limited in the rang of d M A <1.0?μm so the toughness in the ICHAZ can be assured.
