摘　　要：本文分析了高铝尖晶石钢包浇注料的性能,阐明了用此种材料浇注整体钢包的技术要求,并提出了钢包剥拆工艺的应用。从而证明整体包代替砖砌包对生产顺行及降本增效有显著效果。In this paper, the performance of high alumina spinel ladle castables was analyzed. The technical requirements for monolithic ladle lining made from high alumina spinel castables and lining removing were illustrated. It is proved that the monolithic ladle lining is superior to the brick ladle lining on the aspects of normal production,decreasing cost and increasing benefit.
