摘　　要：运用疲劳试验结合声发射技术和显微分析手段 ,对小直径钢绳的拉 -拉疲劳断裂特征进行分析 ,绘制钢丝绳的S -N曲线 ,测定钢丝绳断丝个数和位置 ,对钢丝绳进行失效预报。To analyze the fatigue and fracture characteristics of small diameter wire rope using fatigue test with acoustic emission technic and SEM analysis S-N curves and the amount and position of the broken wires are measured,which are used to predict the failure of wire rope The relationship between the fatigue and fracture characteristics of rope and wire and the service life of rope is discussed
