紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗银屑病近期疗效及血浆一氧化氮与内皮素变化

摘　　要：目的　研究紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗银屑病的机制。方法　该疗法治疗银屑病 ,每周 2次 ,共治疗 8次 ;测定治疗前后血浆一氧化氮及内皮素含量的变化。结果　治疗前患者血浆一氧化氮及内皮素水平明显高于对照组 (t=3.5 34 ,3.46 4;P <0 .0 0 2 ,0 .0 0 2 )。治疗后患者血浆一氧化氮及内皮素水平明显降低 (t=2 .5 3,2 .0 5 7;P <0 .0 2 ,0 .0 5 )。治疗结束后 ,有效 32例 ,无效 10例 ,有效患者血浆一氧化氮及内皮素水平明显低于无效组 (t=2 .318,2 .16 2 ,P <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 5 )。结论　该疗法治疗银屑病可能与改善内皮细胞功能、降低血浆一氧化氮及内皮素水平有关。Objective To study the mechanisms of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation (UBIO) for psoriasis.Methods Method of UBIO treatment was twice a week,one course of treatment eight times.Before and after the treatment,the endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) level was determined .Results Experiment showed that the ET and NO level in psoriasic patients was markedly higher than the normal control group(t=3.534,3.464;P<0.002,0.002).After UBIO treatment,the ET and NO level in psoriasis was obviously lower than the control group(t=2.53,2.057;P<0.02,0.05).On clinical observation,32 cases were improved(the cured 9,excellent 7,effective 16);10 cases ineffective after one course of treatment.Among 32 cases,their ET and NO level was signficantly lower than the 10 invalid patients.Conclusion It is suggested that UBIO is an effective therapy for psoriasis.the methanism may be related to improvement of endothelial cell function resulting in the decrease of ET and NO level.
