摘 要:为了研究运动性和高血压性肥大心脏心肌细胞的本质差别 ,用透射电子显微镜观察了运动性和高血压性大鼠肥大心肌细胞的超微结构。结果表明 :①高血压大鼠和运动大鼠心肌细胞肌膜、肌浆网、T管、线粒体、细胞核、闰盘等发生了不同程度的病变 ,而对照大鼠则未见异常。②高血压大鼠心肌的线粒体嵴结构、细胞核、闰盘及心肌纤维的明暗带方面的病变较重 ;而运动组肌膜下水肿、纤维间水肿较明显。本结果提示 :高血压性和运动性心肌肥大均存在超微结构的病理变化 ,高血压大鼠心肌细胞内蛋白质合成和能量代谢功能受损严重 ,运动大鼠心肌细胞水盐代谢有明显障碍。In order to investigate the essential differences between hypertension and swimming-induced cardiac hypertrophy in rats, the ultramicro-structure was observed by transmission electromicroscopy.The results indicated that: (1)The myocardium,sarcoplasmic reticulum, T tube, mitochondrion, nucleus,intercalated disc in both the hypertension and swimming-induced cardiac hypertrophy rats had pathological changes in varying degrees, compared with the control.(2)The changes of crista of mitochondrion, nucleus,intercalated disc, dark band and light band of myocardial fibers in hypertension rats were more obvious than those in swimming rats, and the edema of myocardium, edema among myocardiol fibers in swimming rats were more serious than those in hypertension rats. This study showed that the pathological changes of the ultramicro-structure were seen both in the hypertension and swimming-induced cardiac hypertrophy rats, the anabolism of protein and energy metabolism in hypertension rats myocardial cells were seriously damaged,the water electrolyte imbalance in the myocardial cells of swimming rats was evident.
