中药内服外敷治疗胆囊切除术后胆道动力障碍23例观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药治疗胆囊切除术后胆道动力障碍 (PCBD)的疗效。方法 :用中药自拟方内服配合中草药煎液外敷治疗 PCBD2 3例。结果 :2 2例治愈 ,占 95 .6 5 % ;1例好转 ,占 4.35 % ;总有效率为 10 0 %。结论 :中药内服外敷治疗 PCBD疗效确切 ,简便实用 。Objective: To observe the curative effect of taditional Chinese Drugs in treating post chdecystectomy blocked dynamia (PCBD). Method: Self made decoction of traditional Chinese drugs has been used to treat 23 cases of PCBD. Results: 22 cases has been cured (make up 95.65%) and 1 better (4.35%). The total effective rate is 100%. Conclusion: The oral medication and external application of traditional Chinese drugs are really effective in treating PCBD and the recurrence rate quite low.
