扩张型心肌病左心室部分切除手术前后心电图观察分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨左心室部分切除术 (PLV)对扩张型心肌病患者心电图的影响。方法 :记录 14例接受该种手术患者手术前后之心电图和动态心电图并进行对比分析。结果 :异位搏动在所有病例都存在 (10 0 % ) ,异位心律比例手术前后略有改变 (2 8%→ 2 1% ) ,传导障碍比例无变化 (71% )而类型有改变。左心室肥厚图形术后消失 ,右心室肥厚图形比例明显增加 (7%→ 5 8% )。结论 :PLV术后心电图有明显变化 。Objective:This is to analyze the effect of partial left ventriculectomy (PLV) on Electrocardiogram (ECG) in dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods:Preoperative and postoperative ECG and AECG in 14 cases of PLV were recorded and analyzed.Results:Ectopic beat existed in all cases (100%),The ectopic rhythm and the conduction block did not changed obviously pre and postoperatively (28%→21%),but the type of block changed.The left ventricular hypertrophy pattern disappeared postoperatively and right ventricular hypertrophy increased obviously (7%→58%).Conclusion:The postoperative ECG changed obviously but the exact mechanism need further study.
