银浮汤加转移因子对过敏性紫癜患儿免疫功能的影响及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨银浮汤加转移因子对过敏性紫癜 (HSP)患儿免疫功能的影响和疗效。方法　治疗组 50例HSP患儿采用中药银浮汤加转移因子治疗 ,并与对照组 50例HSP患儿常规治疗比较。对 2组各 35例急性HSP患儿治疗前后进行免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、T淋巴细胞总数 (CD3)、T辅助细胞总数 (CD4 )、T抑制细胞总数 (CD8)、CD4 CD8比值及红细胞C3b受体花环的检测 ,观察 2组治疗前后免疫指标的变化。结果　 2组显效率比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,2组治疗前后免疫指标的恢复有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组更优于对照组。结论　银浮汤加转移因子治疗过敏性紫癜是一种副作用少 ,复发率低 ,疗效显著的治疗方法。Objective To study Yenfu decoction. and transfer factor on immune function and clinical effects in children with henoch schonlein purpura. Methods 100 patients with henoch schonlein purpura were divided into treatment group (n=50), which were treated by Yenfu decoction and transfer factor, and control group (n=50), which were treated by method of routine medicine. Before and after treatment, the level of IgG, IgA, IgM, CD 3, CD 4, CD 8, CD 4/CD 8 and the ranges of red cell C 3b receiver of patients in both groups were determined to observe their changes on immune targets. Results There was statistically significant difference in the recovery of the immune targets in both groups before and after treatment, the therapy group was superior to the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions For henoch schonlein purpura, the method of Yenfu decoction and transfer factor is an effective treatment with little side effect and low relapse.
