复方栀子大黄汤治疗急性胰腺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的　观察复方栀子大黄汤治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法　对照组 30例采用西医常规治疗 ,治疗组 31例西医常规治疗的同时加用复方栀子大黄汤口服或胃管注入。结果　治疗组总有效率、显效率分别为 90 .3%、51.6% ,明显高于对照组 76.7%、2 6.7% (P均 <0 .0 5)。 2组主要症状、体征、尿淀粉酶及白细胞计数 (WBC)恢复时间比较 ,有显著性差异或非常显著性差异(P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论　复方栀子大黄汤能促进毒物排出体外 ,缓解腹痛　腹胀 ,解决肠道细菌易位 ,是治疗急性胰腺炎的有效药物。Objective To observe the Clinical curative effects of Compound Zhizi Dahuang Decoction on acute pancreatitis.Methods 69 cases with acute pancreatitis in accord with diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (n=31) and control group (n=30).Based on general therapy in control group,Compound Zhizi Dahuang Decoction fed via nasogastric tube was added in treatment group.Results The total effective rate and markedly effective rate (90.3%,51.6%) in treatment group was significantly higher than that (76.7%,26.7%) in control group (P<0.05).Statistically,in comparison between two groups the for recovery of main symptoms,signs,and amylases of urine,WBC to normal were significantly or very significantly different.Conclusions Compound Zhizi Dahuang Decoction is able to promote expeling toxins from body,relieve abdominal pain and distension,solve intesinal bacterial translocation,and is an effective medicine for treating acute pancreatitis.
