酒精湿敷预防静滴甘露醇所致静脉炎的研究

摘　　要：使用静脉套管针输注甘露醇易引起局部血管红、肿、热、痛等静脉炎的症状 ,我们采用 75 %酒精湿敷置管部位 ,结果显示 ,静脉炎发生率降低 ,套管针留置时间延长。建议在使用套管针静滴甘露醇时用酒精纱布湿敷局部 。To infuse mannite often leads to the symptoms of phlebitis such as redness,swelling,hotness,and pain etc, so we used 75 percent alcohol gauze hydropathic compress in the needle region to observe its effects .The results indicated that phlebitis incidence was lowered significantly, and the needle's remain time was prolonged significantly. It is suggested that this method of hydropathic compress should be adopted when infusing mannite in order to decrease the occurence of phlebitis.
