摘　　要：本文介绍的电话传输动态心电监护系统（TTM）由患者佩带的袖珍式心电监护盒和中心监护系统组成。袖珍监护盒对患者心电进行监护和初步分析，存储异常心电并报警。患者可随时将已存储的或实时的心电信号通过公用电话网以数字调制方式传送至医院监护中心，使医生能及时地诊断，提供救治指导或组织抢救。监护中心可对所有信息存档，以便对病情发展和用药疗效进行观察。This paper introduces a kind of dynamic tele－monitoring system for ECG by telephone transmission which is composed of a pocket monitoring box for ECG and a central monitoring system． The box has the following functions including monitoring and preliminarily analyze ECG storing abnormal ECG and alarming． The patient transmitting the stored and real－time ECG to monitoring center through public telephone network by the way of digital modulation at any moment the doctor can make diagnoses give instructions and organize rescue in time． And all of ECG data have been filed by the monitoring center to have a follow－up study on the disease development and the curative effect．
