小型医用纯水机的研制

摘　　要：介绍了一种小型医用纯水机。该机的工艺流程采用了反渗透、超滤、离子交换及活性炭等技术，同时，还采用了自制的能够去除水中细菌及细菌内毒素的荷电微孔滤膜。实验结果表明，该机能够制取电导率小于0.5μS／cm，且符合中国药典的医用纯水。This paper introduces a kind of compact apparatus for pharmaceutical purified water in which such techniques are employed as reverse osmosis ultrafiltration ion exchange and activated carbon． And the homemade charge modified microporous membrane is also utilized to eliminate the bacteria and endotoxin from the water． The result showed that the purified water generated by the apparatus with its conductivity less than 0．5μS／cm could accord with the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia．
