摘　　要：在阐述了可持续发展思想形成及内涵的基础上 ,论述了我国矿业的巨大作用及面临的矿产资源形势 ,进而分析了我国矿产资源开发与管理中诸多不利于可持续发展的因素 ,提出了可持续发展下矿产资源开发和管理的目标与政策措施。On the basis of erpounding the evolution of sustainable development ideology and its intention, the authors have discussed the major role of Chinese mining industry and the situation of mineral resources, and analyzed the unfavorable factors in mineral resources exploitation and management, then put forward the goals and policies of mineral resources exploitation and management for sustainable development.
