摘 要:海洋采矿破碎机按设计要求是在5000m海底下工作,同时由于它安装在作业车上,而作业车则行走于剪切强度只有几千Pa的海底沉积物里,所以破碎机的振动对作业车的通过性能和稳定性能有很大的影响,有必要对破碎机振动危害有充分的认识和了解,进而能动地控制。本文正是基于此出发点,对破碎机的机械振动进行了初步的探讨,分析了破碎机振动时的振动加速度,并绘出了其振动频谱图,从而有效地采取措施减轻振动的影响。Because the crusherfor submarine mining is designed to operate at the bottom 5000m below the water surface,and because it is mounted on the working vehicle which moves on the submarine sediment whose shearing strength only several kPa,the vibration of the crusher has a great effect on the passable capacity and stability of the working vehicle,and the harms caused by the vibration of the crusher must be fully described and are under controll.The paper makes a preliminary approach to the mechnical vibration of the crusher for submarine mining,and analyses the vibrating acceleration during vibration of the crusher,and draws the frequency spectrum diagram of the vibration,so,the influence of working vechicle's vibration can be reduced by taking relative measures
