摘  要:建立高频感应等离子体风洞在国内是近几年的事情 ,因此对风洞内等离子体参数的诊断也刚刚开始。本文论述了利用氩光谱的相对强度法测量高频感应风洞的等离子体温度及其分布的原理和装置 ,并给出了实验结果。An inductively coupled plasma wind tunnel was built in our laboratory. The temperature of plasma and its distribution were measured with an Optical Spectra Analyzer. The experiment was conducted for a oscillator frequency of 4.0 MHz, input power of 30 kW. The relative intensities of atomic argon lines (ArI750.4nm and ArI751.5nm) were used to get the plasma temperature and its distribution. The experimental apparatus and instrumentation for measurements were shown in this paper. The local thermal equilibrium (LTE) in the plasma of wind tunnel was discussed.
