摘　　要：论述A_3钢散热器在硫酸亚铁铵和磷酸二氢锌溶液中,表面生成一层银灰色磷酸复盐膜。通过成膜前后的化学孔蚀浸蚀试验,证实A_3钢在Cl^-溶液中的孔蚀程度及所成膜有良好的抗蚀性,并确定在10％H_2SO_4+0.05％NaCl溶液中的孔蚀电位与保护电位。This paper discusses the silver grey phosphoric complex salt film with excellent corrosion resistance and fine texture produced on the surface of A_3 steel radiator in newly developed ammonium ferrous sulfate and zinc dihydrogen phosphate solution at the temperature of 70 to 80℃. The hole corrosion level of A_3 steel in Cl^- solution as well as the excellent corrosion resistance after film formation has been proved through the etch tests for chemical hole corrosion both before and after the film formation, and the hole corrosion polential and protective potential in 10% H_2SO_4+0.05% NaCl solution have been determined.
