Norplant皮下埋植避孕法四年的临床及实验研究

摘　　要：我院于1986年3月至1990年3月应用 Norplant 埋植剂1125例,其避孕率为100%,持续使用率为95.38％,被埋植者除月经不规则、阴道点滴出血时间较长外,无其他明显不适.定期复查血压、体重、血红蛋白、血小板、免疫球蛋白、肝功能、心电图等均无明显异常.动物实验显示对肝脏结构与功能无损害.妇检及宫颈刮片未发现癌前病变。临床及实验研究表明,此法安全可靠、使用简单、避孕率高、副作用少,值得推广应用.The Norplant implant is a highly effective,long-actlng hormonal contraceptive drug for women.HS active substance is the progestin levonorgestral.From March,1986 to March,1990,we settled it in 1125 cases,The effects of contraception were satisfactory.Contaception rate and continuous use rate were 100.0%,and 95.4% respectively.Except irregularity of the menstrual and intermenstrual trichomnas vaginalis,BP,weight,Hb, BPC,Ig,live function arid ECG were all normal.Histological examination and function of the experimental rats were also normal.The results showed that the Norplant implant is aconvenient,reliable,long-acting and easily- accepted method of contraception.
