干扰素超声雾化法对呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：我科于1988年冬春季节收治呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿60例(均由病原学确诊),随机分为两组,均常规应用综合治疗,治疗组另加用干扰素雾化吸入。对比观察主要症状、体征和胸片。结果治疗组发热及其它症状改善时间均比对照组明显缩短(P<0.05、p<0.01).同时对干扰素的用法及用量进行了讨论。Sixty infants with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia were admitted in the winter and spring epidemic of 1988.All cases were diagnosed in etiology.They were classified into two groups randomly. Routine treatment was employed in each group.One of them was given interferon ultrasonic aerosol in- halation additionly.Major clinical manifestations,physical sign and chest radiograph were observed in two groups.The result was that fever and other symptoms of interferon group disappeared earlier than those of the control (P<0.05,P<0.01).Meanwhile the dosage and administration of interferon are discussed.
