摘  要:探讨压力负荷增高致心功能不全大鼠主动脉Na+ /Ca2 + 交换功能变化。心功能不全大鼠模型制备采用腹主动脉狭窄术 ,以Langendorff离体心脏灌流装置对大鼠离体心功能进行监测 ,分别用无钠台氏液以及 30、6 0、90、12 0mmol/LNa+ 浓度的台氏液对大鼠离体主动脉环灌流 ,并进行张力测定。实验结果表明 ,腹主动脉狭窄大鼠各项心功能指标与伪手术组动物相比均降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ;在用不同钠浓度的台氏液灌流离体血管环实验中 ,手术组大鼠血管张力增加均高于伪手术组 (P <0 0 5 )。说明压力负荷增高致大鼠心功能不全的同时 ,主动脉平滑肌Na+ /Ca2 + 交换功能增强 ,可能为血管对压力负荷增高作出的一种适应性反应。To examine the functional change of N a +/Ca 2+ exchanger in aorta of rats with left ventricular dysfunction.Th e abdominal aortic banding method was used to induce cardiac dysfunction in rats .Left ventricular function was monitored with Langendorff preparation.The isolat ed vessel loops were perfused with Na + free and 30,60,90 and 120 mmol/L Na + Tyrode solutions respectively.The isometric force was me asured by MS 302 bio signal analysis system.The results showed that the systol ic and diastolic function in operated rats decreased significantly compared with that in sham operated rats (P<0 05).The isometric force of isolated vess el loops in operated rats was higher than that in sham operated rats(P<0 0 1).From above,it is concluded that the funcution of Na +/Ca 2+ exchange r in aorta changes due to the cardiac dysfunction of rats.The quantity or functio nal change of Na +/Ca 2+ exchanger might be involved in this functional c hange and might be a kind of adaptation to pressure over loading.
