针刺、中药、针药结合戒毒的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的　比较针刺、中药、针药结合疗法对海洛因依赖者戒断的临床疗效。方法　对 96例海洛因依赖者以上述三种疗法戒断 ,并与西药对症治疗对照 ,动态观察 2 0 d的戒断症状记分。结果　戒断治疗48h时 ,针刺组与西药对照组比较 P<0 .0 5 ;治疗到 72 h时针刺组优于其他各组 ;P<0 .0 5～ P<0 .0 1。但各组在戒断前 3d均不能完全改善戒断症状。结论　针刺、中药、针药结合疗法脱毒具有一定疗效 ,以针刺疗法效果明显 ,但均不能完全改善激烈的戒断症状。针刺与中药的结合不一定都出现协同效应。Purpose To compare the clinical breaking effects of acupuncture, Chinese medicine and their combination on heroin addiction. Methods The above 3 withdrawal treatments were given to 96 herion addicts. They were compared to expectant treatment with Western medicine. The dynamic score of withdrawal symptoms was observed for 20 days. Results The comparison between acupuncture group and control Western drug group showed P <0.05 48 hrs after withdrawal treatment; the effect was better in acupuncture group than in the other groups 72 hrs after, with P <0.05～ P < 0.01 . But withdrawal symptoms were not completely removed in all the groups during the first 3 days of withdrawal. Conclusion Acupuncture, Chinese medicine and their combination have a certain breaking effect on heroin addiction. Acupuncture has the most marked effect, but none of them can completely remove severe withdrawal symptoms. The combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine does not certainly produce a synergic effect.
