薄层扫描法测定梅花点舌丸中华蟾蜍毒基含量

摘　　要：目的 :提供合适的方法 ,以控制梅花点舌丸的含量。方法 :双波长薄层扫描法测定梅花点舌丸中华蟾蜍毒基的含量。λs=2 95nm ,λn =370nm。在 1.2 0 0～ 6 .0 2 0 μg范围内呈良好的线性 (r =0 .9978)。同板和异板精密度试验的RSD值分别为 0 .92 %主 2 .79% (n =5 )。结果 :平均加样回收率和RSD值分别为 99.2 %和 1.14% (n =6 )。结论 :本法简单、准确 ,可作为梅花点舌丸的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE:In order to provide a method for the quality control of Meihuadianshewan.METHOD:A dual wauelength TLC-Scanning method was used for the determination of zhong Huachanchuduji in Meihuadianshewan,λ s=295nm,λ R=370nm.Linear relationship was found in the range of 1.204～6.020μg(r=0.9978).The RSD of sample in the same plate and different plate were 0.92% ane 2.79%(n=5),respectively.RESULTS:The average recovery of adding sample and RSD were 99.2% and 1.14%(n=6),respectively.CONCLUSION:The method was simple and accurate It can be used for the quality control of Meihuadianshewan.
