盐酸洛美沙星壳聚糖滴眼液的研制及疗效考察

摘　　要：目的 :以壳聚糖为增稠剂及增效剂 ,研制盐酸洛美沙星壳聚糖滴眼液 ,以增强其疗效 ,减少给药次数。方法 :经筛选选定本品处方及制备方法 ,对其性状、粘度、含量、稳定性等质量进行检测 ,并对其临床疗效作了初步考察。结果 :壳聚糖的加入不影响主药的理化性质 ,对其含量测定亦无干扰。临床疗效观察本品对眼无刺激 ,痊愈率、总有效率及细菌转阴率与盐酸洛美沙星滴眼液无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但平均治愈天数明显缩短 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,给药次数亦减半。结论 :本品制备简单 ,质量稳定 ,疗效确切 。OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation of LFLX eye-drops using chitosan as adhesive to increase the effects and decrease the dosage.METHODS:The Preparation of the eye-drops and its qualities including characters,concentration and stability and so on were studied Its clinic effects were also observed.RESULTS:Chitosan did not change the characters of LFLX or interfere the concentration detemination.Clinical tests showed that the eye-drops had high effects,low irritation,and decreased dosage.CONCLUSION:It was valuable to be further studied as a clinical preparation using chitosan as a new kind of adhesive.
