摘　　要：目的　总结闭合性心脏损伤的诊治经验。方法　回顾 1978年 1月～ 1997年 12月收治的 2 8例各类闭合性心脏损伤的病历资料 ,对其损伤类型、临床表现及治疗进行分析。结果　本组 2 7例治愈 ,1例死亡 ,死亡率 3.6 %。结论　正确诊断 ,并根据不同类型的损伤进行及时合理的治疗 。Objective To review the experience of diagnosis and treatment of closed cardiac trauma.Methods Twenty eight patients with different kinds of closed cardiac trauma from Jan,1978 to Dec,1997 were reviewed.Types of trauma,clinical symptoms and signs,and treatment were analyzed.Results Twenty seven cases recovered and one case died with a mortality of 3.6%.Conclusion Prognosis is good in most of cases,if correct diagnosis is made,and reasonable treatments are given according to different types of patients in time.
