摘　　要：CACT作业者集团在惠州油田成功地使用了BakerHughesInteq公司最新推出的定向钻井及随钻测量工具AutoTrakRCLS连续旋转闭环定向钻井系统 (AutoTrakRotaryClosedLoopDrillingSystem ,简称AutoTrak) ,这也是AutoTrak首次在中国地区的使用。简要介绍了AutoTrak的组成及其特点 ,并详细地介绍了AutoTrak在惠州油田HZ2 1- 1平台 2口井中的使用情况。AutoTrak打破了传统可调弯度马达地质导向系统滑动钻进进行定向钻井的模式 ,引进了在连续旋转过程中进行定向钻进的全新概念 ,实现了只用一趟钻来完成造斜、稳斜、降斜以及水平段的定向钻进 ,从而节省了不必要的起下钻时间 ,提高了机械钻速 ;同时能够提供更平滑的井眼轨迹和更为清洁的井眼 ,减少了扭矩和摩阻 ,从而有利于定向钻进及下套管作业的顺利进行。实现了在井深 10 31m的 2 15 .9mm井眼段只用 1趟钻来完成连续定向造斜的任务 ,把计划的 12d钻井作业时间缩短到 4.7d ,减少了钻井事故发生的可能性 ,提高了钻井作业的效率 ,节省了作业时间。AutoTrak, a newly developed directional drilling and MWD tool from Baker Hughes Inteq is successfully used by CACT Operators Group in Huizhou field of South China Sea. This system is actually called AutoTrak Closed Loop Drilling System, and it is the first use in China. The composition and characteristics of this system, and its use in the two wells on platform HZ21-1 is described in detail. This system breaks the conventional slide directional drilling mode of adjustable motor and steerable system, and introduces a totally new concept of continuous rotary directional drilling. It completes the whole process of angle building, holding, dropping and horizontal drilling only in one trip, thus saves a lot of tripping time and improves ROP. At the same time, a more desirable well trajectory and clean borehole is achieved, thus reduces torque and friction, which is good for directional drilling and casing running.
