摘  要:采用常压渣油脱硫及渣油预处理 加氢处理两种方案对伊朗常压渣油加工工艺进行了对比。结果表明 :伊朗常压渣油经预处理后 ,残炭脱除率达 6 8.2 % ,金属 (Ni +V)脱除率为 97.3% ,与通常的常压渣油脱硫工艺相比 ,该方案可省去加氢脱金属段 ,减少催化剂用量 ,降低加氢处理的压力等级 ,使氢分压从 12 .0MPa降低到 6 .5MPa ,体积空速至少提高 15 0 % ,大大减少加氢装置的投资和操作费用 ,同时其重油的质量明显提高 。Two processing schemes, Atmospheric Residue Desulfurization and Residual Oil Pretreating succeeded by hydrotreating, for upgrading Iranian atmospheric residue were compared. The pilot plant results showed that the CCR and (Ni+V) removal rates of the treated oil by Residual Oil Pretreating were 68.2% and 97.3% respectively. In comparison with the traditional Atmospheric Residue Desulfurization process, the said pretreating process could not only save a hydrodemetallization stage and reduce the amount of hydrogenation catalyst, but could also drop the hydrotreating partial pressure from 12.0 MPa to 6.5 MPa and at least increase the volumetric space velocity by 150%. Therefore, its investment and operation cost of the hydrogenation unit could be reduced. The treated oil was good for FCC feedstock.
