摘 要:高真空低釜温乙苯脱氢液分离工艺 ,苯乙烯只经历两次加热 ,是一项苯乙烯低损耗的分离工艺。通过与相同规模的国外引进的低真空高釜温乙苯 /苯乙烯分离工艺比较表明 ,采用本工艺 ,在设备投资、操作费用上比引进工艺稍有增加 ,但苯乙烯的聚合损失可以明显地降低 ,经济效益明显 ,可用于苯乙烯装置国产化成套技术的设计和建设中。The high vacuum and low temperature separation process for ethylbenzene dehydrogenation liquid can reduce polymerization loss of styrene .For this process, styrene is heated only two times. By comparing this process with the low vacuum and high temperature separation process between ethylbenzene and styrene in same unit scale, equipment and operation costs are higher than that using the low vacuum and high temperature separation process a little. But the polymerization of styrene monomer will decrease distinctly. The economics of this process is good and it is recommended that it may be used to design and construction of domestic styrene units.
