摘  要:本文简要介绍了新型高速钢强力切削麻花钻的结构特点,对新型高速钢强力切削麻花钻钻削时的轴向力、扭矩、加工效率、孔的加工精度和表面粗糙度、断屑性能等进行了试验,并与普通麻花钻进行了比较.试验结果表明,新型高速钢强力切削麻花钻的切削性能明显优于普通麻花钻,是一种性能优秀的新钻型.In this paper, the structural properties of new HSS heavy cut twist drills are simply explained. Several experiments have been done to investigate the axial thrust force,the cutting moment of torque,the machining efficiency, the precision and the surface roughness of the machined hole and the effect of breaking chip when the new HSS heavy cut twist drills are used. Experimental results obtained are compared with those of the ordinary twist drill, which shows that with its good cutting performances, this new HSS heavy cut twist drill is much better than the ordinary twist drill.
