摘　　要：盆栽非洲菊快繁的无性系可通过小花托离体培养和种子培养２种方法，在不同激素水平的ＭＳ培养基中，以ＭＳ＋ＢＡ８．０＋ＮＡＡ０．１诱导小花托的效果最好，以ＭＳ＋ＢＡ０．５＋ＮＡＡ０．１增值效果较佳，１／２ＭＳ＋ＩＢＡ０．３中长根能力最强。Tissue culture in vitro of floral receptacle and seeding are normal methods for quick propagation of Ger bera jamesonii in MS culture medium with different hormone content. Among which MS+BA8.0+NAA0.1 had the best inducing effect on floral receptacle, MS+BA0.5+NAA0.1 had the best increment effect and 1/2MS+ IBA0.3 had best rooting capadty.
