摘　　要：冲床噪声是噪声治理的一大难题.本文以工厂使用广泛,吨位适中且具有一定代表性的JB23-60型60吨中型冲床为对象,用试验方法研究了它的发声机理,并提出了延长冲床机架弹性势能释放时间的降噪方法,设计了降噪装置,试验结果,降噪量达7dB(A).该方法适合于中、大型冲床噪声的治理.It is difficult to control the noise of punch press. In this paper, using experiment way, the mechanism of noise generation on JB2360 type punch press which is widely used in works is investigated. According to experiment results,a method for reducing punch press noise is presented by lengthening the release time of the potential energy of punch press. The device of reduction noise is designed. Experimental results show that using this method can reduce the punching noise by 7 db(A). The method may apply for the noise control of middle and large punch press.
