摘  要:用 Na OH消蚀法扫描电镜观察了 11例人松果体的钙化及其与胶原纤维的关系。研究表明 ,人松果体脑砂成群分布 ,位于松果体小叶和纤维隔内。松果体隔内的脑砂被胶原纤维包围 ,部分胶原纤维缠绕在脑砂表面 ,有少数胶原细纤维甚至被埋入脑砂之中。脑砂大小不等 ,主要为球形和桑椹状 ,球形脑砂和构成桑椹状脑砂的卵圆形钙化球则由更小的钙化微粒构成。脑砂的主要成分为钙、磷和银 ,分别占 5 4.82 %、2 5 .83%和 16 .0 1% ,还有少量的铁 (3.34% )。钙磷比值约为 2 .12。研究结果提示 ,胶原纤维与人松果体结缔组织的钙化的发生和发展密切相关。We investigated calcification in human pineal body and its relationship with collagen fibers by NaOH-maceration and SEM-method. The results showed that the brain sands in human pineal body grouped in the pineal lobules and interlobular septula. Within the collagen fibers of interlobular septula, some collagen fibers surrounded the external layer of those brain sands and some thinner collagen fibrils were incorporated into the brain sands. Brain sands mainly showed spherical globules or mulberry structures. Spherical brain sands, and ovoid calcific globules which are clotted together showing a mulberry structure, were made up of smaller calcific particles. The chemical elements of brain sands are more Calcium(54.82%), Phosphorus(25.83%), Silver(16.01%) and less Iron(3.34%). The Calcium/Phosphorus ratio of brain sands is 2.12. The data presented here suggest that collagen fibers are involved in the genesis and growth of brain sands located in the connective tissue in human pineal body.
